When you buy a number, its price is set aside from your balance. It becomes a charge only when a code arrives.
- No code within 20 minutes: the number closes and the amount returns to your balance on its own.
- You cancel before a code arrives: the amount returns at once.
- A code arrives: the order is complete and the price stays charged.
A code that arrived but was not accepted by the website or app is still a delivered code; that order is not refunded.
