When the 31 days are over, or the traffic is used up, the proxies of that package stop answering and the package shows as ended. Buy a new package from Proxies › Residential; it comes with its own username and password, so update the lines in your tools.
Traffic left in an ended package is not carried over, and a running package cannot be extended.
