Rotating: every request through the line leaves from a new IP address. One line is enough, however many requests you send.
Sticky: a line keeps the same IP address for about 5 minutes. Each line carries its own session name, so the package page can build several lines that each hold a different IP, for running several accounts or browsers side by side. When the time is up, or the IP goes offline, the next request gets a new one.
