Keeping your account safe

Use a password you use nowhere else.
We never ask for your password, by email or anywhere else. An email that does is not from us.
A login lasts 30 days. On a shared computer, log out from Account when you are done.
Proxy lines carry your package password: share them only with tools you trust.
Orders you did not place, or a balance that dropped on its own, mean someone else may be in your account: contact us at once.
