The balance updates within a minute of the payment completing, and the deposit page refreshes on its own. Alipay and some cards confirm a payment a little later than others; until then the deposit shows “Waiting for payment”.
A deposit marked “Expired” means the payment page was closed before the payment was completed; nothing was charged, and you can start again.
If a deposit still shows “Waiting for payment” 15 minutes after you paid, contact us with the amount and the time.
